7. Credit/Debit Card Information

Your credit/debit card details are securely processed and are not accessible by anystaff member. If you provide your card details to a staff member for processing, thesedetails will be destroyed immediately after the transaction is completed successfully.

1. Initiating a Refund

To initiate a refund with Land & Water Technology, please provide your order number or date of purchase to our staff.

2. General Return Policy

If the product(s) you purchased are faulty or defective, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery, providing a photo and description of the fault along with your order number and date of purchase.

For returns due to a change of mind, the product must be in its original condition including all packaging material, brochures and instruction material as new condition. A restocking fee of 20-25% of the purchase price will be deducted, and the shipping cost to return the product must be covered by the buyer. Refunds cannot be processed until the item has been received back at our store.

3. Return Policy for Pumps

To return a pump, contact us at (08) 9209 3330 or email orders@landwater.com.au, including your order number in the email subject. Customers must return the product within 60 days from the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted after this period. The item must be returned in resealable condition, and the packaging should not be marked except for labels.

Restocking fees for pumps:

• $75.00 + 15% of the invoice value for normally stocked pumps.
• $75.00 + 30% of the invoice value for pumps not normally stockedor requiring assembly.

4. Changes or Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, call us at +61 (0) 8 9209 3330. Refunds for cancelledorders may take 5-10 days to process, minus restocking fees (if applied).

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, these Terms will apply to all quotes, sales issued by Land and Water Technology.

All prices published on our website (shop.landwater.com.au) are subject to final confirmation after confirmation of web orders by Land and Water Technology.

Land and Water Technology reserves the right to change any pricing showcased on our website without prior notice to customers.

All payments collected throughout our web portal (shop.landwater.com.au) are processed immediately via the specified payment method.

4. Payment Through Quotation

If a team member at Land and Water Technology has sent through a quotation on a product offered by Land and Water Technology, acceptance of quotation requires full payment upfront in order to process the order fully.

5. Payment Terms

For new customers, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) accounts with all quotations processed. Existing customers in the Land & Water Technology database may have different payment terms based on their account status.

6. Special Order Items

Sometimes we need to special order products from orders as it is normally not stocked at our Malaga warehouse. To special order these items we require full payment upfront.

7. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal, ensuring secure and efficient transaction processing.

8. Currency

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

9. Invoice & Receipt

Upon successful payment, an invoice and receipt will be issued to the email address provided during the checkout process.

• a) Price Changes: All prices listed on Land & Water Technology’s online platforms are subject to change without prior notice.
• b) Price Errors: We reserve the right to refund orders after confirmation if there is a pricing error due to human error.

3. Stock Availability

4. Freight Policy

• a) Shipping: We ship within Australia only.
• b) Overweight Charges: We reserve the right to charge additional fees for overweight or bulk orders.

1. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Land and Water Technology charge a flat rate of $20.00 for all orders below $100.00 inc GST. Orders above $100.00 are free shipping Australia-wide*. We offer express postage for $29.95 for most smaller items which will be dispatched via Australia Post (express satchels <5kg) or Toll etc. Larger items may incur an additional fee.

2. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Orders typically take 2-10 business days to receive to metro areas via standard postage.Express postage is typically 1-5 business days.

3. How Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We use a variety of shipping methods to ship your products based on size, weightand location. Typical shipping carriers include; Australia Post, Toll IPEC, TNT Express, Aramex & Local Couriers. If you require an additional shipping carrier please contactus on (08) 9209 3330.

4. When Will My Order Be Dispatched

Your order will be processed by a team member within 24 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is complete. Depending on stock availability your order will typically be dispatched shortly after and you will receive the tracking details to the email address provided.

5. My Order Was Received Damaged

Our team take pride in packaging orders as we understand the importance ofreceiving products safely and securely. However, due to unforeseen circumstances if your order arrives damaged/misplaced please take a photo of the damage and email us on orders@landwater.com.au and reference your order number.

6. Forgotten To Add An Item To Your Order?

If you have forgotten to add an item to your order, please contact us on (08) 92093330 or orders@landwater.com.au with your order number and the items you would like to add to the order. If the items have not left our store or warehouse you will not be charged the shipping fee. Please contact us for additional questions.

7. My Order Was Lost In Transit

If you have not received your order after some time your order may be deemed aslost by the shipping carrier. Land and Water Technology purchase additional insurance for your order regardless of the order value and to no additional charge to you. If your order is lost please contact our team on (08) 9209 3330 ororders@landwater.com.au.

8. Do You Offer A Click & Collect Service

Land and Water Technology offer a Click & Collect service if you are wanting to pickup your order(s) from our store in Malaga, WA. Our team will contact you once your items are ready for collection.

PUMPS & BULKY ITEMS

9. Do You Ship Pumps?

Yes, as per our terms and conditions we offer free shipping Australia-wide on ordersover $100.00*. All dispatched orders are insured as per value of your order. Please note: additional shipping fees may apply depending on the location / weight / size /volume of your order.

10. How Do You Ship Pumps?

All Grundfos Pumps are shipped via TNT Express from our warehouses located throughout Australia. Depending on stock availability and location, typically you will receive your Grundfos Pump within 1-3 business days.

11. Bulky Items

If you have purchased bulk or larger items from our Online Store they will be boxed and dispatched by a courier company (Toll, TNT etc.).

Please note: Your order may incur in additional shipping costs based on your shipping location / weight / size / volume. If this occurs we will contact you.

12. PVC Pipes, Dripline, Poly Pipe etc.

Due to the large dimensions/weight of our PVC Pipe we are unable to ship this. We offer free shipping over $100.00 for Netafim Dripline, however some orders may incur in additional fees due to the large dimensions/weights. Poly pipe rolls are pickup only from our Malaga, Perth store. Please contact us for shipping quotes onthe above items.

13. Puretec Shipping

All Puretec orders less than $500.00 purchased online will incur in a $40.00inc GST additional freight charge Australia-wide as per Puretec terms & conditions. All Puretec orders over $500.00 will have free shipping Australia-wide.

14. NaanDanJain Shipping

All Naan Dan Jain products charge a flat shipping rate of $35.00inc GST for ordersunder $500.00. Orders over $500.00 will have Free Shipping Australia-wide.

15. Water Tanks & Septic Tanks Perth

We offer a freeclick & collect service for all poly septic & water tanks purchased online for Perth orders only.

• a) CoercoWater/Septictanks – If you are wanting your poly septic/watertanks delivered (WA Zone 1 only) there will be a flat shipping rate of $195.00 regardless of how many tanks purchased.
• b) West Coast Poly Tanks – We offer Free Delivery for all WCP water tanks within 800kms from Perth*. Delivery is efficient with a fast turn around from order to delivery.
• c) GRAF Water/Septic Tanks – We offer a free click & collect service for this product range. For shipping throughout Australia this will need to bequoted.

16. Grundfos Pumps

For general (non-bulky) Grundfos pumps we offer free shipping Australia-wide fororders over $100.00. Orders under $100 incur in a $20 postage and handling fee. Forlarger bulky orders additional freight charges may apply.

17. Lowara Pumps

For general (non-bulky) Lowara pumps we offer flat rate of $45.00 inc GST throughout Australia. We also offer a free in-store click & collect service.
